There are just a few days left to go before the global spine surgeon community meets at the Davos Courses 2016. In this issue of the newsletter, we provide a glimpse into the educational spine highlight of the year, which is being held from December 11–14, 2016 in Davos, Switzerland. We share what participants can expect from the event, as well as stories about people who are moving things forward within the AO Foundation and AOSpine.
Nikolaus Renner, the new AO Foundation President, shares his views and visions for the AO Foundation and AOSpine. Significant contributions from Research from the Knowledge Forum Trauma are also shared.
Additionally, AOSpine’s first elected Member Representative, Alaa Ahmad, and the winner of the Germàn Ochoa Travel Fellowship, Ali Haghnegahdar, share the projects they have been working on since the Global Spine Congress in Dubai six months ago.
We hope that you enjoy reading the AOSpine newsletter. We encourage you to forward it onto your friends and colleagues, who may also find this informative.
I wish you all a pleasant and interesting read.
Best wishes,
Michael Grevitt
